Daz ‘D’ Stockwell, aka DestaOneDca, is a talented graffiti artist, designer, illustrator, tattooist, set painter and set dresser. He first created a mural on the Bondi Beach Graffiti Wall in 2011, at age 41, after moving in with a girlfriend in North Bondi, and quickly fell in love with Bondi Beach and the local community. He painted the wall more than 12 times, with various collaborators from throughout the world, including Mexican artist Peque, whose collaboration he describes as a special experience.

His handiwork has featured in major campaigns for Australian retailers Lorna Jane and the Cotton On Group and is an example of ‘wildstyle’ graffiti, which typically includes bold, graphic lettering; dynamic patterns; and features such as crosses and arrows linked in an intricate composition. The scale of the work is always impressive.
