Organized as a fundraiser for the enhancement of Waverley Park, it featured the esteemed Patroness Hon. Lady Carrington and was inaugurated by the NSW Governor, Right Hon. Baron Carrington. The fair showcased stunning flowers, enchanting lights at night, and an ode by Alfred Allen.
